Yes it’s finally here! We at S&P are so proud to welcome you to our spanking new website. The entire S&P team has been busy working behind the scenes to develop and deliver your perfect home, and now have the perfect avenue by which to showcase our projects and progress.

Around 10 years ago we began this incredible journey. Today, with 350 acres of land and 1 million square feet of built up space, we have barely scratched the surface of our potential. We are inspired by the ambitions of aspiring homeowners who strive to provide their families with the best of everything.

It is my belief that to satisfy the needs of aspiring homeowners we need to exceed their expectations. As we move towards the next phase of our growth, we will infuse our new credo – Beyond expectations – into everything we do: customer service, quality, timely delivery and every other facet of our company.

As I write this, the S&P team is busy developing 3.8 million square feet of beautiful, contemporary homes in and around Chennai. We believe this is only the beginning. Our best years are ahead of us and we are determined to give our customers only the very best.
